In every long term relationship, there are many fights. Many times, they result in break ups. If you believe your ex-partner is "the one", here are some tips on how to get her back.

Steps

Don't get too jealous. Remember, jealousy is an emotion and typically refers to the negative thoughts and feelings of insecurity, fear, and anxiety over an anticipated loss, such as a relationship, friendship, or love.
Leave her alone. Give her some time to think about the relationship. If you had a great relationship, she'll feel that she misses you and will try to get back to you. When you do speak to her, do not be angry or demeaning. You need to be (or at least seem) cool, calm and in control of your life with or without her.
Cut off all communication. This is tough and it will be killing you, but really it's killing her more. She's starting to realize how much she needs you and how much she misses you. Cutting off communication is the biggest step.
Recover emotionally. You don't have a chance of getting your ex back if you're not emotionally calm and controlled. Women dislike needy, clingy, desperate men - so you need to pull your own life together before attempting to draw her back into it. Just be calm and collected about the whole situation, and make your life happier. Going for a jog or to the gym will make you feel better too.

Anyone who has been in an off and on relationship can tell how frustrating it is. Most especially when you love them so much like they know you so well to know that no matter the circumstance in which the break up is based on, you are always gonna make up and start from a fresh page with them. Almost like you can not do without them and your life revolves round them which is literally speaking true. My relationship with my boyfriend was one such off and on thing only that he was the one who constantly kept breaking my heart and each time i kept crawling back to him like i had no life aside from that i shared with him. He knew he could break up with me to date other guys he feels like and at the end of the day come back asking for a second chance and believe me it was always a second chance to me. It was either he wants to date another guys or he's telling me that he is not sure he can be in a relationship with apparently cos he needed to find out what he wants in life and discover who he is. Most people asked why didn't i just move on and find someone who was more worthy of my love. Yes i should have done just that but i can give a thousand reason why i always go back to him at the end of this entire text it will fall back to this that "I LOVE HIM WITH MY LIFE". I am happy to say at the beginning of this year, I have met someone else. My name is Shauna I'm here to make a review about how Dr ibinoba helped me in fixing my marriage and also to those out there seeking for help and advice on how to save your broken marriage or relationship, 2months ago I was having issues with my husband I noticed he has been having an affair with another young lady in his place of work, I confronted him but he got angry and said to my face that it’s true, as if that was not enough he went ahead by telling me he doesn’t love me anymore that he wanted a divorce.
